Really difficult to read without the paragraphs... and I don't care much for his writing style. The idea for the story could be a good one, but more research and time is required to make the story better. I would not really bother reading this one when there are many other better written ones to read. It is a shame really. (1/10)

First of all, let me make it clear that I feel that Andrew Reagan can write. Yes, he can.
Problem is that he chose to start this here endeavour with stuff he vaguely heard of, like the Mayan Calender (which ends on December 22nd 2012 --that date being the end of an era and the God Of Fire will then descend upon the Earth to indulge Him-/Herself in a spot of allround destruction).
A scoop of mustard was also gathered in stuff from Isaac Asimov (like "I Robot" or even more "Caliban") where-in folks have become so dependent of robots (robot is Chech for slave, really) that they can't even properly dress any longer.
Furthermore, I should draw Andrew's attention to the fact that (in Europe at least) the water from the tap comes out thanks to pressure. Pressure not due to electrical or other devices, but because we still store consumable water in huge tanks atop towers. Since we don't have that much high-rises, we get our water thanks to the laws of physics.
Powergrids won't fail thanks to magnetic storms. Computers would. Now, you could say that the grids are run by computers, but that is only half true, since every grid has back-up systems which are completely run manually. Coal- gas- or hydro turbines don't fail because of solar flares running berzerk.
Once we're past the part where there's no more juice nor running water, I feel like "The New Order" is a carbon copy of a PC-game I purchased last week: a side-step of "Fallout 3", called "Fallout: New Vegas". In both games the player has to find his/her way through a post-apocalyptic wasteland, filled with mutants and human factions who are all fending for their own survival...
Okay, so far... errr... so far...
Must say that there's not a story here, just some rushed explanations about the world gone a tad pearshaped. Once those preliminaries are over, we are confronted with a character names Jackson, who seems to have a soft spot for the soft spots of pigs.
Not my business what Jackson likes or dislikes, but the only thing I like about pigs are its chops. Cooked to a brownish crisp on the outside with just a pinch of salt and lots of megnut. Delicious.
"The New Order" has a long way to go still. Starting with gutting a pig seems a rather odd way to install such an order, but hey, who am I to go dictating our future.
Andrew Reagan also has a long way to go. He seems to be a decent writer though. Only thing he needs to do is write a decent story.
I will be here when he does.

Not bad enough for a one, this is just mediocrity at its most mediochre.
Paraagraphs would be a good idea, double line space between them if you use MS word, but ripping the lungs out of a pig is not mainstream erotica so maybe the poor formatting is a blessing in disguise (2/10)
